Amicus is all about encouraging good ideas and putting good people together.

Already Amicus friends have raised large showings of support - both monetary and through pro bono goods and services.

One group put together a successful charity auction-jazz night in Oxford, England.

Another undertook a charity swim across the Straits of Gibraltar.  Already plans are brewing to stage a larger Amicus Europe to Africa Swim for next year.

An American teenager of 17 made a sports equipment/medical supplies drive and traveled to Kenya over his school holiday to deliver them.

And now a beautiful and energetic UK grandmother is planning to scale her next mountain for Amicus.

So the sky is the limit.  Let your imagination soar.  We can help put in place the fundraising infrastructure if you have an idea you would like to submit.  Send us an email to makeadifference@amicus.net to get the ball rolling.

And of course you can always participate by making small donations in support of others or directly through the fundraising links on the "Donate" page of this site.

For those willing and able to do more, Amicus 100 may be for you.

A founding community of catalytic contributors, able to donate $10,000 or more, these individuals also play a very important role.
